Living Well is a Stanford University chronic disease self-management workshop to help you live healthier and happier with a chronic disease.
Join a FREE 2.5 hour Living Well workshop held each week for six weeks. Workshops are fun and interactive! Learn from trained volunteer leaders, who are living with chronic conditions themselves. Connect with peers who are also living with chronic conditions.
You will learn how to:
- Manage symptoms and medications
- Work with your health care team
- Set weekly goals
- Problem-solve effectively
- Improve communication
- Relax
- Handle difficult emotions
- Eat well, and exercise safely
