Make your own schedule
Go to bed at about the same time each night and wake up at about the same time each morning
Get comfortable
Sleep in a comfortable, dark, quiet, and cool setting.
Take time to downshift at least 30 minutes before bedtime
Don’t read, watch or talk about anything stressful.
Tame your tension
Spend 5-10 minutes doing a calming routine.
Focus on gratitude
Think about what went well instead of what didn’t go well during the day.
