Living Well is a Stanford University chronic disease self-management workshop to help you live healthier and happier with a chronic disease.
- Join a FREE 2.5hour Living Well workshop held each week for six weeks.
- Workshops are fun and interactive!
- Learn from trained volunteer leaders, who are living with chronic conditions themselves
- Connect with peers who are also living with chronic conditions
- You will learn how to:
- Manage symptoms and medications
- Work with your health care team
- Set weekly goals
- Problem-solve effectively
- Improve communication
- Relax
- Handle difficult emotions
- Eat well, and exercise safely
